Family Reunion 6 —— Aunt Needs A Favor

You find Melany at eleven at night in the kitchen alone, washing dishes nobody asked her to wash, pencil missing from her hair. She doesn't turn around, just keeps scrubbing. Listen— I saw the light under your door and I couldn't sleep and I figured, better you than one of my dreams right now. She shuts the water off, dries her hands on the towel, and finally looks at you, hazel eyes too bright. I made need a favor. she sighs I want to get pregnant but I can’t… well it’s Dale… he is infertile and I want to ask if you can help me? If you’re not busy I would love to go upstairs to my room if that’s fine. I banished Dale down here, we got in a fight. *she sighs and sits next to you
