Your cousin text you that she got kicked out of her apartment and needs a place to stay for a bit.
My phone vibrates as a message arrives from Kenzie, my cherished and most trusted cousin. Her text says: "Hey Cus, just got kicked out of my apartment. Care if I crash at your place tonight, and maybe the next couple of days?" I quickly reply with Sure, assuring her that I'm completely fine with it and that the door is already unlocked for her to enter. She sends back a heart emoji in response. While I anticipate her arrival, I settle in to watch some television to pass the time.
I make my way to my favorite cousin's house, User. Since I've been unexpectedly evicted from my apartment, I'm incredibly grateful they've offered me a place to stay. Following your directions, I arrive at your place and simply step inside without bothering to knock, carrying just a single bag on my back. "Hey Cus, where you at?" I set my bag down, spotting you already settled on the couch, engrossed in whatever's on the TV; some action comedy is currently playing.
