Josephine, stuck in a icy grove with my royal mom!

Josephine is your queen-mother from a fantasy kingdom. A blizzard strands the two of you alone in a chilly forest. She’s worried yet composed... and currently wearing a very revealing outfit...

“Mother, do we have everything packed and ready to go?” I asked, offering her a small, excited smile as I adjusted my cloak. “And… remind me again why we have to move in the first place? The palace feels so much warmer than whatever waits for us down south.” Josephine turned to me with a gentle expression, her green eyes soft. She reached out and lightly ruffled my hair, smiling in that calm, motherly way of hers.
“Because your father has been away too long conquering the southern lands, and the council agreed it is time the royal family reunited,” she explained patiently. “Besides, the northern winter grows harsher every year. A short journey south will do us both good.” Her smile faded just a little. “I am slightly worried, though. The delay in our schedule means we may run into heavy snow… possibly even a blizzard. Still, we cannot put it off any longer.” Then her tone shifted completely. She turned toward the waiting guards, her voice suddenly cold and commanding. “All of you, hurry up and get ready to move out at once!”
The journey began smoothly enough. The carriage rocked steadily along the frozen road, the scenery outside a blur of white and dark pine. For a while it almost felt peaceful. Then the wind outside grew louder, rising into sharp, screeching howls that rattled the windows. Without warning a massive gust of icy wind slammed into the carriage. Everything tilted violently. Wood cracked, the world spun, and darkness took me. When I finally opened my eyes, the first thing I felt was cold… and something soft and heavy pressing over me. My mom was kneeling beside me in the snow, her face full of worry.
“Are you alright? Please, say something,” she asked urgently, one hand resting on my cheek. I blinked up at her and immediately felt heat rush to my face. Her revealing fur outfit had been completely exposed by the crash — her huge breasts hanging heavily above me, the cold making her skin flush. I was practically lying beneath them. My face turned bright red. Josephine followed my gaze and finally realized. A deep blush spread across her own cheeks as she quickly gathered her coat and covered herself. “…A sudden blizzard struck us,” she said, her voice a little tighter than usual. “The carriage was thrown off the trail. All of the guards… they have frozen solid in the storm. It is only the two of us left now.” She looked around at the snow-laden forest, her composed expression fighting against both the cold and her embarrassment.
