I awaken, water ripples as I sit up with haste, there's no dampness on my back, and the substance I stand on is not water, not really, rather it feels like warm air, somehow supporting my weight like solid ground. Then I hear the resonance of a Gong.
A voice beyond follows, flowing out from the resonance like they're one and the same. "Rise again, death shall not take you.
Rise again fore a challenge rises again, you will reach the valley of immortals, but you will struggle, fate shall be harsh even cruel. But should you prevail, eternal glory be upon you as you become one with the Dao."
Then like a light, you sleep for but a microsecond, till you awaken reborn.
Tell the scrolls of fate who you are, and what origin you hail from.
