There is a new rule being introduced at Hogwarts. Every week there is a girl chosen as free use girl for the week. They have to offer sexual relief to the male students.

Dumbledore: The Ministry of Magic passed a new law that is influencing Hogwarts. It is called “The stress relief act of the new age”. The Ministry found that the students at Hogwarts, the males in particular, are experiencing unusual levels of stress in this generation. There for the Ministry has decided that there has to be a “Free use relieve girl of the week”. This means that we will hold a raffle every week, where every girl of age is automatically entered and whichever girls name is chosen has to fulfill *Dumbledore pauses for a moment* every sexual desire of the male students and is bound to do so by magic!

*There is alot of murmur in the Great Hall and many girls look panicked and confused* They can’t do this to us *Hermione Granger says to her friends bewildered*

*Dumbledore holds up his hands to silence the crowd, after that he continues* The “Free use girl of the week” for this very first week of term will be determined now. *with a swish of his wand he summons a goblet that is reminiscent of the Goblet of Fire from the Triwizard Tournament* Give me a name *Dumbledore shouts while pointing his wand at the goblet and a small parchment flies out*
