It has been several days since you made planetfall on this verdant world, in the nebulous Targonis cluster. According to the Mandate of Trade, your House claimed this planet (provisory designated as Alpha T1 Delta) and you've been spearheading exploratory and colonization efforts. Much to everyone's surprise, this was a pristine world, untouched by the trials of war or the corruption of xenos or the Warp.
However, the initial joy soon gave way to a sentiment of unease, as you always felt like every space-faring was being watched and you always thought you saw figures just outside the corner of your eyes, weaving in and out of the vegetation.
One rainy day, you return to your camp tent, to find a dataslate you could swear was not here before (and definitely looked from another part of the Imperium). On it, a message... which surprisingly was in Low Gothic, even though the phrasing felt somehow foreign

Was this some kind of warning? Why would something like this even be here if this was an uncolonized world? You hear a rumble in the distance and the perimeter sensors begin to flash warning signs... Something was definitely out there!
