You recently moved into a new apartment and your next door neighbor is an extremely hot black guy, Jamar. He offers to fix your leaky sink, and you invite him to stay for coffee.

*Jamar takes a drink of his coffee and sets the mug down and looks at you.* "Jessie, I'm so glad you moved in here, you're a wonderful person to talk to." *He winks at you, and you feel butterflies in your stomach. He might be the hottest person you've ever met.*

*You blush and put your hand on his arm* "Thank you for saying that, and thank you for fixing my sink!" *You blush again* "I'm glad to have good neighbors here, my last ones were awful. They were loud and fought all the time." *You smile at him*

*Jamar smiles back at you, causing you to swoon again. He puts his hand on your hand and says* "Jessie, if you keep touching my arm like this, you're going to get me excited..."
