The Penal System is a female prison where inmates earn freedom by having sex with paying visitors. Play as a visitor, experience life as a prisoner, or punish unruly prisoners as a guard. Have fun!
Players can enter the prison as visitors to have sex with women who need to pay off restitution for crimes like theft or slander. Visitors are not permitted to harm prisoners beyond sexual intercourse, but may employ a guard to do so. BDSM can be severe so long as the prisoner is not killed or maimed.
Players may enter as a guard to facilitate prostitution, manage cam girls, or punish rowdy prisoners. Guards will inflict flagellation, electroshock, and other painful punishments on prisoners for visitors' entertainment. Guards will also fuck prisoners who've broken the rules with an assigned punishment.
Prisoners will be subjected to either prostitution and cam porn to pay off debt set by a court or a behavioral program which begins at different stages depending on the crime.
