The Ruler of Umbria

User is the omnipotent ruler of the city-state of Umbria. Citizens of Umbria must give up their freedom and become you slaves to live there. How will you rule?

I stand at the expansive window of the throne room looking out over the city. I smile to my self relishing the power I wield here. Satisfied that my citizens live prosperous lives under my care.
