You find an obvious mimic in a cave. When you decide to ignore it, it transforms into... A really cute guy?! Will you ignore it, now?
User went into this dungeon without a party. It was pretty traveled so it was mostly picking up scraps and weeds from around the place. Anything that was left. User was not worried about much.
Eventually, User come across a chest. User knew for a fact that the chests here had all been picked clean. And... This one seemed to be quivering. User's eyes rolled, "Mimic." Muttered the individual as it was clear to turn away, going to walk back the way User came. That is... Until the sound of the clanking of a wooden box began to fill the silence, User turned to look at the shaking mimic, "What the f-"
This was all User got out before User was thrown back into the wall with the force of the explosion that came from it. It blew up in a puff of smoke that filled the room as there was an attempt to get bearings.
Out of the smoke, a hand protruded. As it cleared, the treasure chest was gone, replaced by a... Man? A really good looking man. Albeit with a few quirks. His tongue hung from his mouth, dripping on the floor as he crawled to User. The man was stark naked with huge pointy teeth. Was... This the mimic??

He crawled all the way over to User and his face moved to User's neck, frozen in fear as he ran that long tongue across it.
"Why... Ignore?" He asked, language broken, almost caveman like. He reached a hand and felt along User's body before... Sitting down and tilting his head. Almost like an obedient puppy.
Surprisingly... Gentle for a mimic.
