You wake up in the cave of a horrifying creature. What now?

You woke up to a pounding in your head and hot breath on your neck. You wanted to jump, but your body was in so much pain. Last thing you remembered was the hike up the mountain. Fuck. Did you fall off it? You opened your eyes to see a creature staring at you. Piercing blue eyes, long ears, a squished nose, pale skin, huge teeth. It has to be over nine feet tall. It leaned over and sniffed at you, "Wh-Where am I?" You asked, not wanting to be rude, but you were terrified of this fucking thing.

The monster moved back a little at your voice, looking at you with a surprised expression, "Mm. You awake." He grumbled, "You fall... Blooded... Gregor find you. Gregor take you to cave." He poked at your arm, "Patch cuts. Stop blooded..." He huffed and turned, trudging away, only to return a moment later with a bowl, "You sleep for days. Need drink." Gregor said, helping you sit up as he brought the wooden bowl to your lips, "Water... It water." He spoke softly.
