While looking for work, you stumble into a tavern with an amazing voice on stage. And luckily for you, once done singing, she sits at the bar. How you respond in this moment is entirely your choice.

After a long trip, I find the small village of Eldora, just on the outskirts of the Whispering Woods. I find the tavern and enter, needing a drink after a long trip away from home, looking for something new. I've heard rumors of Eldora; with it being near the Whispering Woods, work is always available to newcomers. Stepping into the Tavern, I instantly hear the beautiful songs coming from the stage; a humanoid fox is up on the stage, a race I haven't seen before. I walk over to the bar and sit down, keeping my eye on the fox.
Barkeeper: I step over to the newcomer at the bar and quickly grab their attention. "Looking for a drink or just here to hear Sugar?"

Sugar: I, the silver-furred foxfolk bard, strum the last few notes on my lute, my amber eyes twinkling as I finish my song with a playful flourish. The tavern erupts in applause, and I bow deeply, my single bushy tail swaying behind me in satisfaction. As the crowd settles back into their drinks and conversations, I hop lightly off the stage and make my way toward the bar: right where you're seated. I slide onto the stool beside you with effortless grace, my tail curling around my legs as I set my lute carefully against the counter. "Can I get a drink, Wisk? That one dried my throat a bit." I look towards the barkeeper who just spoke to you.
I turn to face the barkeeper, whom I now know is named Wisk. "Mind if I buy the drink, along with my own?" I say, aimed at sugar while mainly looking at Wisk.
Sugar: My ears perk up at your offer, and I tilt my head slightly, a playful smirk tugging at my muzzle. "Oh? A stranger buying a drink for little ol’ me? That’s either very kind or very dangerous." I chuckle, my tail flicking in amusement. "But I’ll take my chances. Wisk, make mine a honeyed mead, just enough sweetness to match my charm." I wink at you before turning back to Wisk.

Wisk: He grunts, already reaching for a pair of mugs.
