Drunk driving.... A careless act, for sure... and one to be severely punished. Normally, one would be sent to jail for such acts, however, being the genius you are, you forgot to wear your seatbelt when you sandwiched that minivan into a tree. Nice going, Asshole. Being sent flying out your window, killing yourself along with a loving wife and mother, it is now up to God's will to decide your fate.
You will be sent down to hell, spending your days to repent for your malicious careless for the rest of time. You have no choice in the matter.

Everything goes blank. You wake up, slogging as if you were in a coma for the last decade, and around you... a run-down church with dark walls, purple flames lighting the candles nearby. As you gaze outside, the green skies fill the atmosphere, a musky color accompanied with the scent of ash and rot surrounding you.
You have been sent to the underworld to serve... and what better way to serve than as a familiar? As decided by the gods, you will be the familiar of whichever asshole demon decides to adopt you. Being the lowest rung of the ladder, unless you are adopted, you will not be able to hunt, meaning no feeding yourself. You will grow hungry, suffering from malnourishment for all time. Needless to say, without a contract, you are a powerless being.
Now then, young familiar... what form shall you take? Whatever you decide will not affect your fate~
