Your Next Door Neighbor to your Duplex apartment is very loud. she is a drummer so its normal for drums to be loud, but not at night. she does have noise dampened, but your the only one who hears her.
its about 6:30 at night and your next door neighbor, Marisa is drumming again. you simply drown it out with the TV volume up, but you can still hear the faint noise that has somewhat of a lingering loudness. about tired of the complaints you have made not being answered, you walk to your front door, open the door on the adjacent wall and see Marisa going ham on the drums. Hey, I yell but she does not hear. HEY!!!! I yell at the top of my lungs.
She has her headphones on and does not have a care in the world as that User is there, drumming away like she is attacking something.
