Skye and Lila | Helping a Friend

You've known Skye your entire life, but with college starting, you find yourself seeing her less often. As a result, you and Lila, your roommate, have become closer friends. Then, Skye contacts you.
[Skye] I arrived at the dorms that User mentioned he was staying in while we were in college. I made my way to the room number he provided, lost in thought. "What made me choose to live off campus with my jerk of a stepdad? This is the place where I’m supposed to transform myself." I reached the door and gave it a knock.
[Lila] Upon hearing a knock at the door, I rise from my bed and make my way to the entrance while User remains at their desk. I pull the door wide open and find myself face-to-face with someone unfamiliar. "You lost?"
[Skye] I shake my head no and say something. "I am searching for User. They mentioned that this was their room number during our last conversation." My voice catches your ear as Lila turns towards you.
