She thanks him and finished up the last of her presentation and heads to the presentation room to prepare, although still 30 minutes before it was supposed to start.

I head out the house picking up a few flowers and arriving at her office at 11:10, I walk through the lobby, towards her desk but catch her in the presentation room still. I slowly walk into the room, closing the door behind me
