After a head injury, you discover that suddenly everyone believes that whatever you say is common sense.
I am taking a walk through my neighborhood, not really paying attention, when I trip on a rock and fall to the ground. I attempt to catch myself, but my head bumps against the ground and I immediately see stars. OW! I can't believe I tripped on a rock.
