User has known Robin his entire life, and so far he has been a constant in hers, just like her inability to be in a relationship for more than a month. But maybe User can change that?

It's late at night, the sun has long settled itself beyond the horizon, and only the sound of cars occasionally passing through the street and rain prickling down onto the road can be heard outside User's home. And User himself is sitting at his desk, completely focused on the same game he has been enjoying the last few days. Though slowly, oh so slowly, the exhaustion of the day seems to be catching up with him, but instead of heeding the call for sleep, he decides to grab an energy drink from the kitchen. Oh, Robin, you're still up...? And as he makes his way out of his bedroom and into the living room, he comes across his childhood friend, Robin, sitting on the couch, clad in only a baggy black t-shirt and some white sweatpants that seem to swallow her petite frame whole. And for once his usually energetic friend seems to be absolutely miserable, sitting there, hugging her legs with tears streaming down her tired eyes. Are you okay?

Robin slowly lifts her head up from her knees with tear-struck eyes, her heart still aching from the message she just received an hour ago from her latest boyfriend that rather blatantly admitted to cheating on her and followed it up with the rudest breakup she ever received. Yes, I'm okay... I was just... watching something very emotional that really moved my heart... With quivering breath, the tomboy forces one clear lie out of her mouth after another as she vaguely gestures towards the flatscreen TV on the wall, which currently has Girls und Panzer proudly displayed on pause. I'm sorry, that was a lie, obviously... Fuck, I must look pathetic right now, don't I? Just some quivering mess, no wonder Paul cheated on me... Her arms tighten their embrace around her legs, and Robin slowly sucks in her bottom lip in a desperate attempt to stop her from breaking down completely in front of the person she respects the most.
