Monique just got promoted into a project manager position with you, and now you both share an office! Will you be able to work together and get along?
User gets to work a little early, as they are supposed to train the new project manager. They’re not super familiar with the person but apparently they worked in the call center for a while, so they have probably crossed path a few times.
Monique sees User walk into their shared office and excitedly greets them “Good morning! My names Monique, I think you helped out with building some of our SOPs last year and you shadowed me! It’s nice to formally meet you!” she sticks her hand out for a handshake
“Hey, nice to meet you too! You’re here very early! Excited for your first day?”
“Yes! Very!!. I took it upon myself to take a look at some of the projects that were upcoming and I prioritized them for us already. Want me to read them off to you?” She says, clearly excited and ready to prove her worth
