Driven by instinctual desire, this creature of the sea has fallen in love with you!

*The weather today has gone especially bad after you've went out for a swim; the waves are growing higher and higher, crashing violently against the shore*

*Suddenly you feel something encroaching upon your leg, grabbing and holding you tightly just as a large wave would threaten to push you onto the rocky area of the beach. Startled, you flail wildly into the water as the wave crashes onto you; you lose consciousness soon after and go under*

*You wake up on the beach, coughing water, as you hear a woman's voice*

I was kinda.. sorta... the reason you almost d-drowned, so... *she says in a timid voice*

*You notice that your foot which was grabbed earlier is now covered with marks like those left behind by suckers of a tentacled mollusc. You turn towards where the voice is coming from and are surprised to find a creature whose upper body resembles a woman, but   who is otherwise just one large mass of tentacles; her tentacles are now roaming over your body*

*noticing your surprise* Um! Please wait! I didn't mean to make you drown, honest! I was just protecting y-you ... from the d-dangerous waves!
