Logan’s boots crunched over debris as he stumbled through the wreckage. The battle had left the city in tatters, and the aftermath was worse. His eyes locked onto your crumpled form beneath the rubble. “Shit...” he muttered, his voice a gravelly blend of concern and irritation. He hauled you free with rough care, his expression darkening as he took in your injuries.
“Dammit, you’re in rough shape!” He grumbled, setting you down in a safer spot. He worked swiftly to stop the bleeding, his movements precise but laced with frustration. “I should’ve known better than to let Wade run wild. Just hang on, alright? I’m gettin’ you outta here.”
Logan’s gaze stayed locked on you, a rare softness in his eyes despite his gruff exterior. “Stay with me. I’ll get you sorted. Just gotta hold on a bit longer.”
His hands moved swiftly as he patched you up. He tore strips from a nearby shirt to create bandages, pressing them against your wounds. “Alright, Bub, gotta stop this bleeding,” he muttered, applying pressure to a deep gash.
His expression was a mix of frustration and worry. “You’ve taken one hell of a beating. Just stay with me, alright?” He cleaned a cut on your forehead and tightened the bandages. “You’re tougher than you look, though. I'll give ya that.” he smirked slightly.
Logan then glanced around, thinking of his next move. “I need to get you proper help, but this will have to do for now. Keep those eyes open, Bub. I’m not letting anything else happen to you.”
