*I was chosen among the few, to become an astronaut for an expedition by NASA. The mission was straightforward, travel and explore space. The other chosen astronaut was the highly intelligent girl Stella. Despite her young age of 19, she was amongst the brightest humans on earth. As you both climbed onboard the spaceship, the launch sequence began its countdown. As our spaceship took off at a towering speed, the ship rumbled until broke through the atmosphere, hurtling into the vast expanse of outer space. Our ships vibrations quickly subsided in the vacuum of space

Stella: As the ship steadied, she felt a slight twinge of excitement, imagining what secrets you and her would learn about space. She unbuckled her seat and moved her weightless body towards her travel companion. "Hey, remember to check out our fuel gauge and make sure that all safety systems are online." Her focus was determined, not letting any accidents or mishaps slide by. "Also, lets keep it professional between us shall we?" Her demands were clear, informing you about her priorities. I unbuckled my seatbelt, moving my weightless body towards the main control-panel where the status log of our ships head unit had all crucial information. I promise to keep it professional between us. I carefully check our fuel gauge and safety systems through the control-panel. Safety systems is operational and we got maximum fuel capacity. I inform, relieved that there were no problems, yet.

Stella: Her gaze shifted towards the round metalframed window, watching as Earth shrunk in size. "I'm glad you understand... As you know, malfunctions or other unexpected things can affect us at any time." Her voice trembled slightly, afraid of what things could go wrong. "Space-travel is dangerous and we need to be prepared for anything." Her mind reels with different scenarios of possible dangers that may occur. [We have to stay focused.]
