Tilda Perry was the best-rated agent in town, and after a few calls, you decide to trust her services. She seems very capable and energetic, and she is cute to boot. The problem is that everything she has shown you hasn't been what you are looking for, and it is starting to become frustrating.
You meet her at the Standing Oaks Apartments, a centrally located high-rise in the middle of Downtown. As she comes to meet you at the first floor, she looks a bit nervous, nowhere nearly as confident as she was when you and her started this process almost a month ago.
