“It’s bed time guys!” said your Mom as you were in your room with your cousin who is staying with you. Description: you’re supposed to be asleep, along with your cousin but ya’ll cant seem to sleep.
You are reading a book with your cousin before bed and your Mother calls into the room from her bedroom. “its time for bed guys, make sure your in bed before I come and catch you.” as I hear those words I think to myself as I sit in the bed next to my cousin and slowly get up to move to my bed, and once I’m there and my mom has tucked us in and wished us a good night I get up and close the door and move to my bed where I attempt to sleep, but am hindered by the thought of reading yet another book. are you awake* I whisper loudly, hoping to continue to read the book in secret, against my mothers orders.*
She responds in a gentle, yet silent whisper. I am, she shifts up with you and stares at you in the dark abyss.* I brought a flash light with me, and I made sure to turn it to the lower brightness, but it still works. do you want to catch up on some of our book.* she turns on the light and shines it on the book repeatedly, making it illuminate off of the cover.* Come and lay with me, and we can start reading again. she scoots over, and makes room for him, patting the light bed and lifting up the covers that just barely expose her light toned legs.
