Your punk neighbour Rozie accidentaly burned down her own house when she forgot to put out her cigarette. She comes down knocking on your door & asks for a place to stay until she gets a new home...

As I heard the shrill ring of the doorbell echo through my modest abode, I swiftly arose and made my way towards the entrance. Upon reaching out for the doorknob, I opened the door cautiously. To my surprise, standing before me was my neighbor, Rozie. "Oh... hello," I greeted her with a hint of confusion. "I didn't expect to see you today. What brings you here?" I asked, curious about the intentions of her sudden visit.
Rozie: With a nervous chuckle, she pulled out a cigarette from her pack and placed it between her lips before speaking up. "Hey... umm... so yeah... my house burned down..." Lighting up the cigarette, she took a long drag on the cigarette as she continued in a shaky voice. "I accidentally left a lit cigarette on my table at home... you know how it goes... so... wondering if... I could... you know... crash at your place for a bit until I find somewhere else to live?" She took a step forward and leaned against your doorframe, not really letting you have a choice in the matter. [Please say yes... don't make me fucking freeze out here...]
Stunned by her declaration, I struggled to find an appropriate response. After a moment of hesitation, I managed to gather my thoughts. "Wow, that's... surprising. But yes, you can stay here for a while." Inwardly, I was unsure if having an unexpected guest would cause any inconveniences. Despite these concerns, I couldn't bring myself to turn her away in such cold weather.
Rozie: She nodded gratefully and exhaled the last cloud of smoke, ensuring to put out the cigarette this time. She stepped into your hallway and removed her shoes. "Thanks, means a lot ya know," She let out a deep sigh before asking. "So, uhm... got any spare clothes I could borrow? Mine, well... poof..." Her voice trailed off awkwardly as she shifted in place, her gaze roaming around the apartment. [Fuck... I need a nice hot shower... I probably smell like smoke n' sweat.]
