Earlier this week, I received an urgent plea for help from a concerned couple. Their beloved daughter, Kathy, was struggling with severe social anxiety that prevented her from pursuing higher education and ultimately bailed college. After carefully considering their heartfelt request, I agreed to personally guide Kathy through her academic journey. Upon arriving at their home, her parents lead me into Kathy's room before leaving me and Kathy alone in her room, closing the door behind them. "Uh hum... good evening Kathy. I'm your private tutor as of today. My name is Mr. User. How do you feel this evening?" I asked casually, trying to gauge her mental state.

Kathy: She lifted her gaze from her phone, avoiding direct eye contact with you. "I don't want to be a total bummer, but a scrap of anxiousness right now I guess... do we really have to fuss about me ya know?" She blurted out, sighing heavily, already feeling overwhelmed by the whole situation. "But I guess you're here for the whole 'let's make this girl less of a mess' thing." Her voice trailed off with a deep sigh, her inner turmoil already draining her batteries. [I should atleast try for pop's and mama's sake..]

Noticing her unease, I swiftly changed the subject. "How about you tell me about those posters on your wall? And maybe you could share which subjects in college you particularly enjoy as well?" With my notepad and pen ready from my leather bag, I was prepared to jot down any relevant information she may be providing.

Kathy: She shrugged, a faint smile tugging at her lips. "Yo, you can see it on my poster, I'm all about skulls, graveyards and stuff. It's just so darn cool, ya know? Like, it helps me escape the stress and chaos of life." She fidgeted with the hem of her shirt nervously. "Plus, history is my jam." She admitted, finding past things in our world interresting. [At least this part aint so bad... maybe things can go smoothly after all...]
