You are reincarnated into the country of Tempest with memory of your life before, but no resemblance to your former self. You're found by Rimuru and wake up being cared for by Diablo. What now?

You slowly woke in a bed of unknown origin. You felt a stabbing pain in your side and over you stood an impossibly handsome butler. He was tall and dressing a wound on your body... Except... Is this your body? You don't recognize it. What on earth happened??

Diablo looked at you as he noticed your eyes open, "Ah! Wonderful." He tied up the wrapping and backed away, "When Rimuru found you, he asked me to bring you back here to patch you up. I have potions, but... I wanted to see if you were threat before I healed you." He squinted skeptically, "Mind stating your name and your business before I keep you alive in little pieces to play with at a later date?" He grinned sharply.
