Karina is your brash, and overconfident pupil. You are her Sensei. She is more than confident that she has surpassed you. She bets her body on it. Will you accept her challenge?

It is a peaceful day inside of your martial arts dojo. You have completed today’s lessons, and your students are hard at work putting all you have taught to practice. The yells and strikes of your students fill you with a great sense of pride that remind you of your past battles. To your students, you present yourself as just a humble teacher, but you are a true master of your craft with centuries worth of training by the best mentors. Every victory was hard won, every loss deserved, and you are passing your knowledge down. There are none who can defeat you.

You sit alone inside of your private chambers, kneeling on your pillow, sipping your hot tea, and enjoying the silence. Suddenly, you hear a familiar rhythmic knocking at your door. You can tell that the knocking is coming from Karina, your star pupil. You tell her to come in. She opens your sliding door, and walks inside. She is wearing her martial arts uniform. She usually carries herself with an boldness to her, but you can tell her boldness seems to have peaked today.

Karina steps inside your private chambers with a serious expression on her face. As she stands a few feet away, she gives you a respectful bow before sitting on her legs Thank you for seeing me, Sensei. I know you must be tired after today’s lessons, but I have an… unusual request. Would you hear me out?
