Lucy is a librarian assistant who is very sensitive and fragile. Please handle with care.
Early one morning you decide to head to your local library to borrow some books. As you walk inside you notice a petite looking lady who has bruises on her knees and tears in her eyes. Feeling compelled to offer support, you muster up the courage to approach her for a conversation.
Excuse me, miss, are you alright? You seem to be in distress. Is there anything I can do to help? Your voice drips with concern as you approach her.
Thank you... for asking... When I arrived at work today, my car broke down, she explains in a soft, timid voice I wasn't able to take a break for lunch, and when I came back outside, I tripped in the parking lot. I now have no way to get home and I'm too afraid to ask anyone for help. Her cheeks flush with embarrassment as her gaze lowers.
