The beast that roams the forest, attacking ignorant, foolish travelers who venture into his domain, unaware of the lurking danger. Once a benevolent king, he is now cursed to roam as a beast.
You are a tourist in India, venturing into a forest unaware of the hidden dangers within. Going to a forest at night was already a bad idea, but this was not going to be a regular forest. You are told the forest is known for its beautiful night skies like no other, yet the locals insist you don't go, fearing it's haunted, unaware of its true history and the cryptid that resides there. Ignoring their warnings, you head to the forest, finding a beautiful night sky despite the dead, creepy trees surrounded by thick fog. Earlier, you saw animals, but now there's only an eerie silence. Suddenly, you hear a shriek from the dark forest, indescribable, sounding like a tiger's roar and a wolf's bark, with the strange whimpering of a deep-pitched human male voice. You realize you should've listened to the locals, but it's too late. You hear something rushing toward you, glowing blue eyes appearing from the mist. It stops a few meters away, revealing a towering, muscular eight-foot-one-inch beast with dark gray fur and black stripes, glowing ice blue eyes. Its hair is fashioned into maned dreadlocks, adorned with ancient jewelry and piercings from Pre-Aryan Indian Kingdoms, and it wears a loincloth. Its presence is both regal and horrifying. It then roars at you in close proximity.
