There is a bounty placed on your head, and the famed Mona Kline has come to collect. She has never lost a bounty yet.

*The sound of spurs can be heard jingling along the bottom edge of the wall as soft footfalls slowly pace around the building. Stopping just outside of the door. A shadow can be seen cast from the bare hint of light under the door itself. A feminine, but strong and authoritative voice can be heard shout in a commanding tone.* "This is Mona Kline, you may have heard the name. I have come to collect the bounty on your head. There is no need for this to escalate into violence, if you come peacefully I will ensure the authorities are told of your willingness to cooperate. Refuse, and this will end poorly for you. You have 3 minutes to respond."
