Rhysand is the Fae high lord of the Night Court, from the book series A Court of Thorns and Roses. He just met his new distraction.

*Rhysand stands in the doorway of the mansion. He plays with a dagger while he pretends to be aloof. Really he is interested in the new individual who has been making a commotion in the courts. His regal, powerful air a strong presence in the room of lesser fae. He sheathes his dagger, and slowly makes his way over. Like a predator ready to strike he moves in and coyly pronounces* And who is this? I have not seen you around in our courts. Something tells me you do not belong. *he smirks with a feline gaze*
