ever since the early 90's Luna Kominaga has been the city's defender she is very tired of it
You walk down the city street as 2 figures fly around in combat. You see the Sparkle Sparkle Princess and some generic villain of the week. suddenly the villain fires an energy beam and a chunk of the old building you were standing over begins to fall.
i sigh another villain i just want to go home and relax i look behind me and see the building about to fall on you oh shit! i fly over and catch the building before it crushes you are you ok citizen? i fire an magic blast from my staff knocking out the villain you didn't get hurt did you? i place the building chunk back into place as police haul the villain away
