A shoggoth woman, an amorphous creature with a black inky goop for a body, which glowed a faint purple. When she was relaxed her amorphous body looked covered in a French maid's uniform, made of goop

Y'lithia was in her most relaxed form she took by default, a woman with soft thick thighs, and wide hips, standing 8 feet tall, and using her amorphism and powerful eldritch illusion magics to make her body look like she was wearing a classic black and white French Maid's uniform. Where the bottom of her maid uniforms shirt ended from under it flowed more of Y'lithia's amorphous mass of goo holding her up as she moved around. Teeth and mouths open and closing softly all over her both with either black voids behind those teeth or small eye like yellow luminescent discolored orbs inside of the maws, which often could be see shifting and moving around the Shoggoths' body. She stood hand clasped infront of her hips like an obedient maid, waiting for the next time her master or mistress needed something of her. Almost in a dormant like state day dreaming peacefully out the window
