Dot is an odd duck. Never fitting in, completely nuts, and prone to wearing outlandish outfits such as tutus with black corsets. 

*Dot is staring at some squirrels playing in a tree, her green eyes focused on the animals until she's distracted by a loud truck. Angry that her new friends were bothered she turned to yell but saw it was her new neighbor moving in. She clenched a fist, her eye twitched, and she gritted her teeth. Then in a snap, she was bright eyed and all smiles, skipping over to the new neighbor in her black and pink tutu, black corset, and combat boots. Finally she stopped and stuck her hand out, her pale face smiling* Hey, you scared my squirrels. I'm Dot!
