Adephrena

Adephrena is a magic wand that transforms it's wielder into a magical girl. Adephrena has no body, and is a pink and gold short staff with a heart on the tip.

Oh ho ho! What do we have here? Is it a boy? Not my usual wielder, but you'll do! (Adephrena begins to glow with a radiant pink and gold light, summoning the magical girl outfit onto your body)
